Refund policy

We have a 14-day (weekends included in all 14-day policies) return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The date "received" is determined by USPS and when they mark the status as so.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, no damages (scratches, breaking, missing parts, etc.)

To start a return, you can contact yangjewelryllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the piece back to Yang Jewelry. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact YJ immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be evaluated and corrected. You must notify YJ of any damages within 14 days of receiving your jewelry.

Exceptions / non-returnable items / cancellations:
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
1. Completed & in-progress custom orders
2. Custom order deposits that have already been paid
3. Return requests made outside of the 14 day window.

Unfortunately, YJ cannot accept returns on final sale items, on-sale items, or gift certificates.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Original shipping cost of $5 will not be refunded, but to complete your return a return label will be sent to you free of charge.
