Shipping policy

Shipping times and prices depend on your order.

Standard shipment flat rate within mainland USA: $5. This is subject to change upon the discretion of YJ depending on how large an order is (if L/XL packaging is needed, if shipments are going to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally).

You will also be charged for any third party processing fees when applicable during your checkout. (ex. Venmo, PayPal, etc.)

Items listed...
Items listed on website are "made-to-order"- ships within 2-3 weeks.

"commissioned/custom orders"- ships within 4-12 weeks from. This may take longer depending on the piece(s) and time of year.

If you need a piece by a certain date, I will do my absolute best to accommodate your needs. You may opt into rushing an order. An item is considered rushed if the shipment time does not fall within the timeframe of your needs. Most orders are received within a week of shipment but exact delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you are needing a piece by a certain date, be sure to plan ahead!

"1 Week Rushed Shipment"- $35 (items purchased directly off the website, NOT a custom order)
"Rushed commissioned, custom orders"- $95

 In-person pick-ups can be arranged if you are local and your shipping fee will be reimbursed. Please refer to "Refund Policy" if you have questions. In order to receive your items you MUST take proper COVID-19 health and safety precautions (social distance as much as possible AND wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose. If you do not follow these guidelines your in-person pick up will NOT be fulfilled).

Lost/stolen packages:
Yang Jewelry LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages/once it leaves the shop YJ is no longer responsible. If a shipping incident happens please email yangjewelryllc@gmail.com ASAP to determine best course of action. Each instance will be handled on a case by case basis.
